change. Change is everywhere we look. Some of us accept change, enjoy it, embrace it; but there will always be those people that can't stand it. People that want things to stay the way they are. Even so - this doesn't mean that they can escape it.
In the American state of Rhode Island, there is a town that has been separating itself from the mainstream world for quite some time now. Yes, teenagers read the magazines, yes they are fans of all the things that other kids their age are fans of, but the town itself has been relatively sheltered. All this changes when a teenager from a nearby town makes it big - and several members of the town decide that being sheltered isn't getting them anywhere.
So, they establish a school. The youth of today will be talented - they will be taught to be brilliant. The school is growing larger, and is now attracting students from all around the country, making it somewhat more difficult for students to gain a place. Talents in music, art, drama, modeling or sport will surely help them get to the top, but is it actual talent, or are they just pretending? And let's not forget that they, like any other teenagers, have to deal with the relationships and hurdles that come their way. They are, after all, everyday kids.
And they're writing...` love notes in the margins.
